These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of littlelinks.golf and your purchase or use of products and related services offered by Little Links Golf. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Eligibility and Online Store Terms

·         You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or otherwise legally authorized to enter into the transaction.

·         You may not use the site or products for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

·         You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the security of any customer account credentials.

2. Shopify Platform

Our ecommerce store is hosted and powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the online commerce platform that enables us to offer products and services. Certain payment, account, privacy, fraud-prevention, or other functionality may also be provided by Shopify or integrated third parties and may be subject to additional terms or notices.

3. Products, Descriptions, and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors, dimensions, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly because of display settings, manufacturing changes, or normal production tolerances. Product availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities, withdraw products, correct errors, or update product information when reasonably necessary.

Pre-order or back-order products may have special estimated ship dates shown on the product page. Those product-specific disclosures form part of the applicable purchase terms.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or legal compliance. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will provide the appropriate refund.

5. Prices, Taxes, Duties, and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or checkout and may change without notice before an order is placed. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, import fees, and other charges will be disclosed or calculated as required by law and according to the destination and delivery method. International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage, or customs charges unless the checkout expressly states that those charges are included.

We accept payment methods made available through Shopify checkout. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amounts displayed at checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, costs, origin information, and estimated delivery timing are described in our Shipping Policy and, where applicable, on the product page or checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state that a date is guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass as determined by applicable law and the shipping terms presented for your order.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Our Return & Refund Policy explains the applicable voluntary return window, eligibility conditions, return shipping responsibilities, final-sale rules, refund processing, and 24-hour cancellation request window for unfulfilled items. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Product Use and Safety

Little Links Golf products must be used as intended and in accordance with product instructions, age guidance, warnings, and reasonable safety precautions. Children should use golf products with appropriate adult supervision. Golf clubs, balls, nets, tees, and training aids can cause injury or property damage if used carelessly or in unsuitable spaces. Do not swing clubs near people, animals, fragile objects, vehicles, windows, or other hazards.

9. Intellectual Property

The site and its original content, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, product names, copy, and other materials are owned by Little Links Golf or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial shopping and information purposes unless we give written permission for another use.

10. Reviews and User Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, videos, comments, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights. To the extent permitted by law, you grant Little Links Golf a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt, and use submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting our products and services. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The site may link to or integrate third-party websites, payment services, social networks, shipping providers, or other services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

12. Prohibited Conduct

·         Violating any applicable law or regulation.

·         Infringing intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

·         Submitting false, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, harmful, or misleading information.

·         Introducing malware, interfering with security, scraping in a manner that disrupts the site, or attempting unauthorized access.

·         Using the site to spam, phish, impersonate others, commit fraud, or facilitate unlawful activity.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free website operation. Product warranties, guarantees, and consumer remedies are those expressly provided with the product or required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or guarantee that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Links Golf will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products where such exclusion is lawful. Any limitation is subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including where applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or personal injury caused by legally actionable fault.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Links Golf and its personnel from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This section does not apply where prohibited by consumer law.

16. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law in your place of residence requires a different result. If you are a consumer outside Utah, nothing in this clause deprives you of non-waivable consumer protections or rights to bring claims in a forum that local law makes available to you.

17. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.

18. Severability and No Waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
